Accel Limited has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025 approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025. The company proposes a final dividend of Rs. 0.30 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. Standalone revenue stood at Rs. 166.23 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 2.64 Cr, while consolidated revenue was Rs. 166.48 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 1.84 Cr. The financial statements carry auditor qualifications related to recoverability of Rs. 6.63 Cr in loans to a subsidiary and a significant valuation difference on a Rs. 4.88 Cr investment in an associate, which management believes are temporary. The company has filed for merger of its subsidiary Accel Media Ventures into itself, effective from 1 April 2024.
