Krishival Foods has announced a board meeting to approve strategic investments via its subsidiary Melt ‘N’ Mellow Foods Pvt Ltd, acquiring 49% stakes in Hamma Foods (₹22 Cr) and BVK Foods (₹7 Cr), expanding into ice cream, dairy, and bakery. Additionally, up to ₹10 Cr will be invested in Siddhivinayak Cashew Industries to develop a nuts processing unit. Loans will be provided to subsidiaries to support growth and operations. This diversification could drive revenue growth and broaden Krishival's product portfolio.
