HOV Services Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

HOV Services Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹24.75 Cr from ₹17.85 Cr, while net profit jumped to ₹4.22 Cr from ₹2.65 Cr last year. The company plans its 37th AGM via virtual mode on September 12, 2025. It’s also setting up a wholly-owned US subsidiary, Healthcare Capital Holdings LLC. Leadership updates include re-appointment of Whole-time Director Sunil Rajadhyaksha, appointment of Mrs. Ruchi Bhave as Secretarial Auditor, and Bhargav Shrikant Thakkar joining as Executive VP with 60,000 ESOPs.
