G M Breweries Limited has announced the voting results of its 42nd Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. All six resolutions were passed with strong shareholder support, including approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 7.5 per share, and re-appointment of directors Mrs. Jyoti Almeida Kashyap and Mr. Kiran Parashare. Mrs. Kashyap was also appointed Whole-time Director with fixed remuneration. M/s Kala Agarwal was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, highlighting continuity in governance.
