Dynamic Cables Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 30-05-2025: Bonus

Dynamic Cables Limited has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving a 1:1 bonus issue. Shareholders on the record date (to be announced) will get one new fully paid share for every share held. The paid-up capital will double from about Rs. 24.23 Cr to Rs. 48.46 Cr.
