    Bank of Baroda — Dividend/Bonus, 30-05-2025: Record Date

    Bank of Baroda has announced a board meeting on 6th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It has proposed a dividend of Rs. 8.35 per share. The record date for dividend eligibility is 6th June 2025. The 29th Annual General Meeting will take place on 23rd June 2025 via video conferencing.
