Dynamic Cables Limited — Others, 30-05-2025: Amendment to AOA/MOA

Dynamic Cables Limited has announced a board meeting to approve increasing its authorized share capital from Rs. 25 Cr to Rs. 50 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, doubling the number of equity shares by issuing one new fully paid share for every existing share, funded from the securities premium account. The paid-up capital will increase from Rs. 24.23 Cr to Rs. 48.46 Cr post-issuance, enhancing existing shareholders’ equity without additional investment. Bonus shares will be credited within two months of board approval.
