XTGlobal Infotech has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025. The board greenlit related party transactions with subsidiaries for FY26 and dissolved the CSR Committee due to policy changes. CFO Mr. Raghuram Kusuluri’s retirement age has been extended to 65. M/s. VCSR & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years. Independent Director Mr. Venkata Appala Narasimha Raju Kalidindi will join the boards of key US subsidiaries, strengthening governance.
