Simplex Castings Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has reappointed Meena Naidu Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and proposed the reappointment of Mr. Ketan Moolchand Shah as Whole Time Director, Chairman, and CEO for five years starting July 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
