Himatsingka Seide Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue from operations declined to Rs. 657 Cr from Rs. 684 Cr year-on-year, with net profit after tax at Rs. 12 Cr versus Rs. 23.7 Cr previously. Consolidated net profit for the year fell to Rs. 76 Cr from Rs. 112.8 Cr. On a standalone basis, revenue dropped to Rs. 516.6 Cr from Rs. 632.2 Cr, but standalone profit after tax rose sharply to Rs. 95.5 Cr from Rs. 24.3 Cr. The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share, pending shareholder approval.
