NCL Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Net profit came in at Rs. 25.20 Cr versus Rs. 93.22 Cr previously. Cement continues to lead operations, although margins have softened. The board declared a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share, including earlier interim payouts.
