Kiri Industries has announced a board meeting on approval of its FY25 audited standalone and consolidated results. Consolidated revenue increased 4% YoY to INR 740 Cr, with EBITDA turning positive at INR 60.95 Cr, helped by a 40% rise in profits from associates including DyStar. Standalone revenue rose 4% to INR 655.6 Cr, delivering EBITDA of INR 61.55 Cr and a PAT of INR 3.84 Cr. Finance costs dropped 26% due to debt repayment. Progress on DyStar includes signing an en bloc sale agreement for Kiri’s 37.57% stake worth USD 676.26 million. The company is moving ahead with greenfield copper and fertilizer projects, focused on cost control and margin improvement.
