Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited has announced a board meeting on approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year along with a proposed final dividend of ₹28 per share, subject to shareholder approval. The Board has appointed M/s. Khandelwal Jain & Co as new joint statutory auditors for three years and M/s. DVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years. BHIL reported standalone profit after tax of ₹1,291.83 Cr, down on lower dividend income, while consolidated profit fell to ₹6,520.67 Cr due to losses from KTM’s parent. The company plans to acquire up to 19.95% equity in Bajaj Allianz General and Life Insurance from Allianz SE to gain full Bajaj Group ownership and is progressing on re-categorization as an Unregistered Core Investment Company. BHIL remains focused on generating stable income through its holdings and driving group consolidation.
