Bajaj Holdings & Investment has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 28 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 930% (including the earlier interim dividend of Rs. 65 per share). Total dividend payout amounts to Rs. 1,035 crore. Shareholders eligible as of the record date will receive the final dividend on or before mid-August. This marks a lower total payout compared to last year’s 1310%.
