With reference to the captioned subject and our earlier submission dated May 29, 2025,

regarding the resignation of Mr. Harsukhbhai Mohanbhai Gondalia (DIN: 00014805), Non-

Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, we wish to inform you that the

Company has received a revised resignation letter from the Director.

The revision has been made to correct a clerical error in the previously submitted resignation

letter, wherein the effective date of resignation was inadvertently mentioned as “29t» March,

2025” instead of “29th May, 2025.”

Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith the revised resignation letter received from Mr.

Harsukhbhai Mohanbhai Gondalia for your information and record.
