Sub.:Update on Board Meeting - Deferment of Financial Results

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,

2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today at 01.00

p.m was scheduled to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year

ended March 31, 2025.

However, the financial statements are not yet finalized, as the audit process is still ongoing. The Statutory

Auditor, who was appointed to fill the casual vacancy in the office of the auditor on May 28, 2025, has requested

additional time to complete the audit. Given the short duration since his appointment, the auditor has not had

sufficient time to complete the audit of the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025.

Accordingly, the Board has deferred the approval of the financial results. A new date for the Board Meeting to

consider and approve the audited financial results shall be intimated in due course.

The Company shall ensure compliance with applicable regulatory provisions in this regard.
