‘Promoter’ and ‘Promoter Group’ to 'Public' category and recommended to make

required application to the BSE Limited'

the minutes of the said meeting including the views of the board and resolution

adopted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29th May, 2025 for your

information and record. The application in this regard will be submitted shortly.
