RLF Limited has announced a re-constitution of its Board Committees following recent changes in the Board composition. The Audit Committee is now chaired by Independent Director Karm Sawhney, with Managing Director Aditya Khanna and Independent Director Gunja Singh as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is led by Gunja Singh, with Karm Sawhney and Non-Executive Director Ashish Khanna as members. Ashish Khanna chairs the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, joined by Gunja Singh and Aditya Khanna. The Share Transfer and Transmission Committee is also chaired by Ashish Khanna, with Gunja Singh and Aditya Khanna as members. These changes aim to strengthen corporate governance and oversight.
