Bengal Tea & Fabrics Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year. The company declared a final dividend of 15%, equating to Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, payable to shareholders as of the record date. It appointed M/s. Bajaj Todi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years, subject to shareholder approval, and named M/s. B M Chatrath & Co. LLP as the new Internal Auditor, replacing the previous firm. These changes strengthen governance and audit oversight.
