LTIMindtree’s CEO & Managing Director, Debashis Chatterjee, has retired early due to personal reasons, ending his role after driving the company to become India’s sixth-largest IT services firm post-merger. Venugopal Lambu has been appointed as the new CEO & Managing Director, bringing over 30 years of experience in technology and digital services, including previous leadership at LTIMindtree and Randstad Digital. This leadership change is intended to sustain the company’s strategic momentum and growth trajectory.
