Arman Financial Services saw AUM decline 15% to INR 2,245 Cr, hit by a 25% fall in disbursements amid microfinance sector stress. Consolidated net income rose 24% to INR 491 Cr, operating profit climbed 14%, but PAT dropped 70% to INR 52 Cr due to high provisions and write-offs. MSME, Two-Wheeler, and LAP segments reported 25% AUM growth with strong profits. Microfinance arm Namra’s AUM fell 23%, posting a net loss on elevated provisions. The company is restructuring credit and recovery functions to strengthen portfolio quality and maintains solid capitalization and liquidity.
