PNC Infratech has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone Q4 revenue was Rs. 1415 Cr with EBITDA of Rs. 176 Cr and PAT of Rs. 121 Cr. Full-year standalone revenue reached Rs. 5513 Cr, EBITDA Rs. 1049 Cr, and PAT Rs. 706 Cr. Consolidated Q4 revenue stood at Rs. 1704 Cr, EBITDA Rs. 362 Cr, and PAT Rs. 75 Cr, with full-year consolidated revenue of Rs. 6769 Cr, EBITDA Rs. 2066 Cr, and PAT Rs. 815 Cr. Lower profits reflect reduced arbitration awards versus prior period.
