MKVentures Capital Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year. The company reported total income of Rs. 27.52 Cr for the year, with a profit after tax of Rs. 9.38 Cr, down from Rs. 21.08 Cr the previous year. Segment-wise, the Loans and Investment division showed a decline in revenue and profit, while Consultancy contributed positively. The company appointed M/s. Shruti Somani as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s. Mahesh Chandra & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The trading window will reopen from June 2 for designated persons.
