Shrikrishna Devcon Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval and rectification of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The corrigendum addressed typographical errors in the consolidated results and cash flow statement, without affecting turnover or profitability. The company posted consolidated total income of Rs. 27.43 Cr and profit after tax of Rs. 4.92 Cr for the year. Operating cash flow improved significantly to Rs. 13.20 Cr. It also appointed M/s. B.K.
