Superhouse Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Superhouse Limited has announced a board meeting on finalizing the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved audited standalone numbers showing revenue of Rs. 141.24 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 1.64 Cr. They recorded an exceptional gain of Rs. 6.2 Cr from selling land and building to boost liquidity. A final dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share was approved. Operational efficiency got a boost with the relocation of a unit. Mr. Gautam Kumar Banthia was appointed as secretarial auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod. Consolidated results are awaited due to audit delays at subsidiaries.
