The Baroda Rayon Corporation has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish R. Patel as its Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Patel is an experienced Practicing Company Secretary from Surat with over 20 years in corporate governance and compliance, including roles with listed companies. He holds an M.Com, diplomas in Tax and Labour Planning, and recently served as Chairman of the Surat Chapter of WIRC of ICSI.
