TCPL Packaging’s consolidated revenue rose 15% to Rs. 1,770 Cr with EBITDA up 17% to Rs. 293 Cr and PAT soaring 44% to Rs. 143 Cr, led by operational efficiencies despite softer domestic demand. The company is set to commission a gravure cylinder unit by Q3 FY26, boosting backward integration and adding a new revenue line. A new paperboard plant in Chennai will increase capacity and improve lead times. TCPL targets carbon neutrality in operational emissions by 2040 and proposed a Rs. 30/share dividend.
