Teerth Gopicon Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Teerth Gopicon has announced a board meeting on the approved audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue climbed to Rs 118.27 Cr from Rs 104.92 Cr, with profit before tax up at Rs 17.96 Cr versus Rs 16.05 Cr last year. Profit after tax also rose to Rs 12.88 Cr from Rs 11.56 Cr. The board reappointed M.M. Shaikh & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company remains focused on EPC infrastructure projects across roads, bridges, sewerage, water, and solar energy, adding two new subsidiaries during the year.
