TCPL Packaging has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 consolidated revenue grew 15.2% to Rs 1,742.6 Cr, with EBITDA up 16.6% to Rs 293.1 Cr, showing solid margin control despite raw material cost pressures. PAT jumped 43.9% to Rs 143.1 Cr. Capacity expanded with a new greenfield plant in Chennai, and backward integration is progressing via gravure cylinder manufacturing. The company continues to push sustainable packaging and aims for carbon neutrality by 2040.
