The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs. 937.7 lakh for the year, down from Rs. 2,108.2 lakh the previous year, impacted by an impairment expense of Rs. 857.13 lakh. Total revenue stood at Rs. 27.52 Cr, down from Rs. 39.03 Cr last year. The Loans and Investment division remains the core business, with equity share capital at Rs. 3.84 Cr and other equity rising to Rs. 98.77 Cr. The company appointed M/s. Shruti Somani as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. Mahesh Chandra & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The trading window reopens June 2.
