MKVentures Capital Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where it approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs. 949.04 lakh versus Rs. 2,117.40 lakh last year. The loans and investment segment saw lower revenues and profits, impacted by impairment charges of Rs. 857.13 lakh. The company appointed M/s Shruti Somani as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s Mahesh Chandra & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Cash flow from operations remained strong at Rs. 33.17 Cr, while investing activities saw significant outflows mainly due to purchase of investments. The trading window will reopen from June 2, 2025.
