Monte Carlo Fashions Limited — Investor Meet, 30-05-2025: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates
Monte Carlo Fashions reported Q4 consolidated revenue of INR206 Cr with a 2.77% EBITDA margin and a net loss of INR10 Cr due to seasonal discounts and returns. FY25 revenue rose 4% YoY to INR1,100 Cr; EBITDA grew 31% to INR187 Cr (16.9% margin), and net profit increased 36% to INR81 Cr. Growth is driven by home textiles and the youth brand Rock it, with plans for 45-50 new EBOs focused on West and South India. Online sales gained via own website and quick-commerce tie-ups. Management expects double-digit growth and margin improvement in FY26 from pricing power, lower discounts, and cost efficiencies. Winter trade show generated strong orders; inventory rise reflects EBO expansion and SOR growth. Exports are being explored in UAE, US, and Canada. Store additions will cover tier 1 to 5 markets. Despite ~4% same-store sales decline last year, management is confident of >20% EBITDA margin going forward, supported by improved consumer sentiment.
