Jamna Auto Industries Limited — Important, 30-05-2025: Commencement of commercial production/operations

Jamna Auto Industries has announced a board meeting to set up an integrated suspension system plant at Indore via its subsidiary Jai Automotive Components. The facility will produce 24,000 suspension systems and 24 lakh rubber components annually, backed by Rs. 145 Cr investment from internal accruals. This move targets import substitution, backward integration for rubber parts, improved aftermarket quality, and supply chain control, boosting cost efficiency and reinforcing Jamna Auto’s standing in the auto components sector. Commercial production is slated for December 2026.
