Nazara has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary Absolute Sports provided an unsecured loan of USD 12.9 million (~INR 110 Cr) to fellow subsidiary Sportskeeda Inc., which extended an unsecured loan of GBP 9.6 million (~INR 110 Cr) to Nazara Technologies UK. These intra-group loans support working capital, acquisitions, and expansion, enhancing financial flexibility for growth across the group.
