Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bhandari Hosiery Exports has announced a board meeting where it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Net profit rose to Rs. 7.71 Cr from Rs. 6.63 Cr, on revenues of Rs. 278.82 Cr, up from Rs. 267.07 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of 2% (Rs. 0.02 per share), pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s Rajeev Bhambri & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, with two new independent directors, Rohit Kumar Chhabra and Sharon Arora, joining the board.
