SecureKloud Technologies approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of ₹35.96 Cr for the quarter and ₹167.67 Cr for the year but recorded net losses of ₹12.10 Cr quarterly and ₹45.83 Cr annually, affected by impairment and operating costs. Healthcare Triangle, a key subsidiary, acquired SecureKloud Technologies Inc’s cloud business to enhance synergy and secured $15.2 million in growth capital earlier this year. Cost optimization is underway to steer the company back to profitability. K V Sudhakar joins as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
