For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company reported consolidated total income of Rs. 6,461.62 Cr and standalone income of Rs. 5,079.37 Cr. Consolidated net profit after tax was Rs. 355.70 Cr, with standalone profit at Rs. 293.74 Cr. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹51 per equity share (face value ₹11). An overseas subsidiary’s share sale agreement worth around Rs. 85 Cr is pending, expected by mid-July, and will lead to ceasing control over some step-down subsidiaries.
