UniHealth has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

UniHealth delivered strong FY25 results with consolidated revenue of INR58.41 Cr (+16% YoY), EBITDA of INR21.32 Cr (36.5% margin), and PAT up nearly 47% at INR15.14 Cr. Africa drives 74.5% of revenue, led by Uganda, while India and Nigeria contribute 15.8% and 7.7%. Hospital operations dominate revenue at 82%+, with consultancy adding higher margins.

Management plans a strategic rollout in India, including a 60-bed Navi Mumbai hospital opening by July and 500+ beds in Maharashtra over two years. African growth includes new IVF services and facility upgrades, while Nigeria shifts focus to medical tourism amid challenges. Average occupancy is 58%, with healthy revenue per occupied bed (~INR27,000/day).

Funding will blend internal accruals, promoter infusion, debt, and warrants, aiming for minimal debt overall and balanced leverage in new projects. Collections remain impacted by Ugandan government payment cycles but should improve with growing specialty services and corporate partnerships. The tone is confident, emphasizing quality care, balanced expansion, and India-Africa synergies.
