Inox Green Energy Services Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Inox Green Energy Services has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 204.74 Cr, net profit of Rs. 38.51 Cr, and EBITDA of Rs. 124.41 Cr for the year. It plans to expand into O&M services across more renewable energy segments, subject to shareholder nod. The board approved a demerger of its Power Evacuation business and sale of investments in some subsidiaries. During the year, it issued 2.9 Cr equity shares and 4.48 Cr convertible warrants at a premium. Operational hurdles with uncommissioned wind turbines were resolved through an agreement.
