Nectar Lifesciences announced a leadership change with Mr. Puneet Sud stepping down as Wholetime Director (Operations). Dr. Surulichamy SenthilKumar, a pharma R&D veteran with 12+ years’ experience, joins as Additional Director and Wholetime Director (R&D) for a three-year term starting June 1, 2025. The board deferred the approval of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and will announce a new date for the same.
