Deccan Polypacks Ltd — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Board Meeting

Deccan Polypacks Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The audit report was reviewed, and a secretarial auditor, Mr. VBSS Prasad, was appointed for five years starting FY 2025-26. Mr. Arihant Jain joined as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Key board committees, including Audit, Share Transfer, Nomination and Remuneration, and Risk Management, were reconstituted with Mr. Jain as a member. The board also approved writing off Rs 93.45 lakh as a sundry debtor credit balance upon the Audit Committee’s endorsement.
