Nahar Industrial Enterprises has announced a board meeting on the approval of consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year, showing solid operational growth. Revenue from operations reached Rs 1,52,488.47 lakh, with a net profit after tax of Rs 18.49 Cr for the year. Textile and sugar segments posted EBIT of Rs 27.40 Cr and Rs 28.42 Cr respectively. While finance costs rose to Rs 45.96 Cr, affecting margins, cash flow from operations improved despite higher borrowings. The company also appointed P.S. Bathla & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26.
