Titan Biotech Ltd — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Board Meeting

Titan Biotech has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The Board approved both standalone and consolidated audited results with unmodified audit opinions. A dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25 has been proposed. The Board also appointed Mr. Amit Anand as Secretarial Auditor for five years, M/s Sanjay Kumar Garg & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26, and PGM & Associates as Internal Auditor for two years starting FY 2025-26. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Gupta was appointed as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM voting process.
