Nectar Lifesciences could not submit its financial results on time because the Chairman & Managing Director was unwell and traveling, preventing attendance at Audit Committee and Board meetings. His signature is required for auditor approval, so meetings were adjourned. The CMD is expected to rejoin soon to complete the process.
