Veljan Denison has announced a change in leadership with Mr. Sri Krishna Uppaluri appointed as Managing Director & CEO, upgrading from Executive Director & CEO, reflecting his over four years of experience and contributions. Mr. Vidya Sagar Gannamani joins as an Additional Independent Director, bringing extensive global leadership experience in staffing and organizational transformation. The company has re-appointed M/s M V Narayana & Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s HNA & Associates as GST Auditors for FY 2025-26. Additionally, M/s Phani Chakravarthy & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years, all subject to shareholder approval where applicable. These appointments strengthen governance and oversight at Veljan.
