TREJHARA SOLUTIONS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trejhara has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025. The Board approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 31.66 Cr, while profit after tax slipped to Rs 3.20 Cr from last year’s Rs 14.04 Cr. Standalone revenue and PAT reached Rs 16.51 Cr and Rs 2.96 Cr respectively. Mr. Harshvardhan Tarkas was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26. The merger with LP Logistics Plus Chemical SCM is nearing completion, awaiting NCLT approval.
