The recent sale of its subsidiary Ecron Acunova Limited helped the company clear statutory and debt dues. Despite hurdles like tax disputes and pending statutory payments, TAKE is actively diversifying beyond the CRO space, targeting growth via strategic partnerships and M&A deals expected to close in FY26.
