Superhouse Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Superhouse Limited has announced a board meeting on 15th September, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved audited standalone FY25 results, reporting a net profit of Rs. 163.66 lakh and declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share (Rs. 10 equity). An exceptional gain of Rs. 620.17 lakh was booked from the sale of land and building, aligning with its operational relocation plans to improve efficiency. Mr. Gautam Kumar Banthia was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod. Consolidated results are awaited due to subsidiary delays.
