The Board appointed M/s BLAK & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, re-appointed M/s GAMS & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor, and M/s Vijender Sharma & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. Changes in independent directors were also noted, with two directors completing terms and two new appointments made.
