Max India has announced a board meeting approving key decisions pending shareholder approval. Its subsidiary Antara Senior Living Limited will manage about 1 million sq. ft. of senior living space in Max Estates' LiveWell project, earning up to ₹20 Cr for FY26. The board reappointed Mr. Niten Malhan as Independent Director and Mr. Rajit Mehta as Managing Director for five years. Plans were made to close its UK subsidiary, Max UK Limited.
